Welcome to Greenville Arms 1889 Inn,
A bed and breakfast inn with a tradition of hospitality!

In 1889, William Vanderbilt built a farmhouse in the country town of Greenville, New York. A generation later, a turret, grand dining rooms and Victorian details were added to create a stately home. In 1952, the house became a country inn, welcoming summer guests for the first time. Today, owners Kim and Mark LaPolla extend guests a warm welcome, continuing a tradition of innkeeping hospitality.

Comfortable places to gather include the picturesque front porch, intimate parlors and the Carriage House living room. Stroll on six acres of lush lawns and gardens, read in a hammock or relax by the 50' outdoor pool.

Enjoy afternoon tea and a delicious full breakfast, served in front of a glowing fireplace.

Choose from sixteen inviting guest rooms blending well-loved antiques and comfortable furniture with the modern conveniences of air conditioning and mini-refrigerators. Some rooms have romantic gas-log fireplaces. Fifteen rooms have private baths, some with a whirlpool tub. Check availability and room rates.

Breath easy! Greenville Arms 1889 inn is a non-smoking inn. And remember, the Greeenville Arms 1889 Inn will now be open during the winter starting January fifteenth.
