About Our Health & Safety Procedures During the COVID-19 Pandemic

We are committed to your wellness and safety during your stay with us. In support of these efforts, our team has modified elements of our experience to comply with local, state, and national requirements & guidelines on how to stay healthy as we navigate the COVID-19 pandemic. We also ask for active participation from our guests to ensure the health & safety of our staff, our community, and your fellow guests. Below you’ll find a few of some of the key ways we’re adapting our procedures during the COVID-19 pandemic.

For your safety as well as ours, all our staff are fully vaccinated against COVID-19.


Contact-Less Check-In & Check-Out. We provide contact-less check-in and check-out for guests with reservations made in advance. Upon arrival you will find a note with the last name on the reservation taped to the window next to the front door of the Main Inn with instructions. For check-out you may simply leave your keys in your room and any incidentals or remaining balance will be charged to the card we have on file.

Masks. At this time, we encourage and appreciate the wearing a mask when indoors in the public spaces of our buildings, but it is not required.

If you’ve forgotten or are in need of another mask, we have some available for you to use.

Breakfast, Beverages, and Prepared Foods. Breakfast is served in our Main Inn dining rooms or it can be delivered to your room or you may choose to eat out on our front porch. Beverages, such as from our espresso bar, and prepared foods can also be enjoyed in the Main Inn dining rooms, as well as anywhere outside on our grounds. From Spring to Fall, we have tables available for you to use in our fenced garden.

Housekeeping. Housekeeping is done by request. We won’t go in your room unless you request service, such as fresh towels, trash pick up, etc. Linens in the room are washed with hot water in between stays. You may notice that our beautiful handmade quilts have been replaced with silky soft duvet covers as part of the process of adhering to current lodging guidelines. While our quilts are no longer be used in guest rooms, they are available for purchase through our online shop.

Payments. In order to do our best to minimize contact, we prefer credit card payments (Visa, MC, Discover) provided over the phone for pick up orders. Reservations can be made online and balances can be settled through the same system. Items available in our online shop can be paid for through that system and can be made available for pick up. Use LOCALPICKUP as a code to make sure you aren’t charged shipping.
