A Note From Your Innkeepers
We’re delighted that you’re here and look forward to making your stay everything you’d hoped for and more!
Please let us know if you need anything or if we can make any arrangements or reservations for you. Additionally, if you notice anything in your room or around the property that needs our attention - please let us know so that we may correct it before you leave.

General Inn-formation
COVID Safety Procedures. All guests are encouraged, but not required, to wear a proper fitting face mask, covering both their nose and mouth when inside our public spaces such as in the Main Inn and Art Studio. Extra face masks are available upon request.
At the moment, we are offering in-room housekeeping on a as requested basis only. We ask that you please place any dirty towels or linens that you’d like replaced in the provided bag and place it outside your door for pick up.
If you start feeling sick or have symptoms, please isolate in your room and get in touch with your innkeepers via text. We’re happy to assist you with acquiring masks and COVID-19 tests.
Should you need your booster shot or COVID-19 rapid tests - both are available at our local Kelly’s Pharmacy which is just a 2 minute walk from the Inn.
Breakfast is available from 8:30-10AM. Please complete the provided order forms (one per person) and place them in the plastic sleeve by the back door of the Main Inn before you retire for the evening. Breakfast is served in our Main Inn dining rooms, but you are also welcome to eat anywhere on the grounds or in your room. An earlier breakfast can be arranged with advanced notice.
Afternoon Cookies are available by request each day of your stay. Please be sure to let us know that morning if you’d like them. A gluten free option is also available.
Checkout time is 11AM on the day of your departure. You are welcome to use the public rooms and grounds of the Inn for the rest of the day after checking out.
Specialty Coffee Drinks, Art Supplies, & Chocolate. Yes, we do lots of different things here at the Greenville Arms! From Wednesday-Sunday between 9AM-3PM you can order specialty coffee & tea beverages as well as some prepared foods. You can find the menu here. We also make our own chocolate line you can find most options here on the Life By Chocolate website as well as a list of individual confections here. Finally, we are also the only independent art supply shop here in Greene County! We stock a wide variety of mediums and materials and would love to set you up with whatever you need. Ask us about plein air painting set ups and view most of our supplies here in our web shop.
Wine, Beer, & Cider. We have an extensive wine, beer, and cider cellar with both regional options and beyond available for purchase. We’re happy to provide glassware as well. Review the list by clicking on the below button and let us know what you would like. Bottles can also be placed in your room prior to your arrival.
About Our Grounds. Our six-acre property extends across the creek to the lawns and fields south from the Carriage House and Cottages. There is a croquet area on the south side of the Main House as well as picnic tables out by the Carriage House. You are welcome to stroll the grounds and enjoy the gardens at your convenience. Please note that we are located in a region where ticks can be prevalent - especially at certain times of year. Learn more about how to prevent and treat tick bites here.
We are a smoke-free Inn, meaning that smoking is not permitting anywhere indoors or within 15 feet of any of our buildings. If you do smoke outdoors, please dispose of your cigarette buts in one of the “Butt Bins” located either next to or behind the Carriage House.
